Nexus 7 (2013 Jan, Android version 4.4.2, KOT49H ) Battery Draining Fast!

Problem:
Power usage shows that mediaserver is using majority of battery power. Battery will only last for less than 6 - 7 hours with less than one hour of usage.
Solution for this problem:

Media server is what serves up music from streaming such as Google Music, Pandora or XM. It also increases from using Google Currents.
Go into settings/apps, disable currents or open currents and disable syncing in settings. Also, turn off Google now.
After turning off the Apps, battery will last for 4 days in idle with 1 hour of usage each day.
